While back in the mitten over the holidays we managed to fit in a trip up north to Empire with Kyle's mom Norine to do a tasting with our caterer Angela. This was one of the wedding rights of passage Kyle was particularly excited about. We tasted the appetizers, entrees, sides and even cake options! We're thrilled to officially have our wedding menu set (yay!). A few of the dishes we're most excited to share with our family and friends include the authentic, southern, vinegar-based coleslaw and literally the best homemade corn tortillas we have ever tasted in our lives.
